Teacher Support: How to Change a Student's Email Address
Unfortunately once a student account is created the registered email address cannot be changed by the student or you as a teacher. The simplest solution is to re-enroll the student using a correct / valid email address, creating a new account and starting over.
If the student has already begun using the account and you do not want to force the student to start over and lose his or her progress, please Contact Support with the following information:
- Your name and your school's name
- Student's First/Last Name
- Student's Current Email Address
- Student's Desired Email Address
