When you purchase a Foundations Self-Study course we send out an automated email with a class code that's needed to access the course. If you didn't receive that email, here are some suggestions:
- First check to make sure it didn't get caught up as spam or junk mail. (Gmail likes to hide our messages under "Promotions" so check there too.)
- If you checked the, "This is a gift" box during checkout and entered an alternate email address, the system sends the code to that gift recipient's address (not the email address where you received your order confirmation).
If you still can't find the email with the code, send us a message. Please include the order number and the email address you used when you placed the order. We can look it up and send it to you manually.
