The self-study class codes are one-time-use codes for activating a specific course.
- If you're getting an invalid code error on the create account page.
The most likely reason is the code has in fact already been used. Try just signing in and see if your account has already been created and the course has been activated on that account.
- If you're getting an invalid code error after clicking "Join Another Class" on your dashboard.
Be aware that if you used that code to create a student account, the enrollment in the Foundations self-study course was automatic. There is no need to "Join" the class after signing in. Enrollment in the course is automatic.
Once signed in you should see a list of your enrolled classes. Click "Class Content" for the Foundations Self-Study course you are trying to access.
If you are trying to activate a code for an additional course, double check the code for typos. Make sure the code has not already been used on another account.
- Note to parents: You can only have one instance of each course type (High School, Entrepreneurship, etc.) on a student account. If you have two codes for the same course type they must be used on two separate accounts using two separate email addresses.
If your code is still not working, please contact us with your class code, the first and last name, and email address you were trying to use with that code. We will be happy to look into why you can't get into your course (and help you get in).
