Unfortunately once a student account is created the registered email address cannot be changed by the student or you as a teacher. If the student has not done any work, the simplest solution is to un-enroll the invalid student account from your class and then enroll the student using a correct / valid email address, creating a new account and starting over.
If the student has already begun using the account and you do not want to force the student to start over and lose his or her progress, please Contact Support with the following information:
- Your name and your school's name
- Student's First/Last Name
- Student's Current incorrect Email Address
- Student's Desired correct Email Address
