A teacher cannot change the registered email address on their teacher account. Ramsey Education Support may be able to help in some cases.
When to Contact Support
Contact Support if your school email address format has changed. Contact Support if you cannot continue using the registered email address for another reason.
Requesting an Email Address Change
Submit a request through Contact Support. Support will review your request and see what it can do to help.
Information to Include in Your Request
- An explanation of why you need your email address changed
- Your currently registered email address
- Your desired new email address
- Your first and last name
- Your school's name
