How can I improve the video quality of my lessons?
By default the Foundations video lessons play at the highest possible video quality of 1200. However, we do hear from some of our users that videos pause and buffer, stutter, stop and start, are glitchy, or just generally are not smooth. That's a bad experience and not at all the way we want you to watch our video lessons.
Try this... As the video starts to play there is a control bar along the bottom of the video player window. There should be a gear icon that you can click and choose a lower quality stream. Manually choosing a lower quality should improve the performance. You should be able to choose the middle option without losing too much quality on the screen.
If that still doesn't solve the issue, let us know what's going on and what you have tried.
