How to Edit a Class Name, Dates, or Teacher

Can I change a Class name or dates, or reassign the Class to another teacher?

First locate the exiting class on your Teacher Dashboard. Look for pencil icon in the upper right corner of the "class card." Click the pencil icon to edit the class details.
 
The pop-up window will display your name as the teacher of record for the class, a start and end date for the class, the section name and term.
  1. As needed, select a new start or end date, rename the section or term.
  2. To reassign the class to another teacher's ownership, select the new teacher from the Teacher drop-down list.
  3. Click the Update Class button to save the changes.

 

NOTE: Teachers whose classes are managed through a third-party LMS have certain features disabled on Ramsey Classroom.
